This policy covers the DQ AllTrue portfolio website. It explains what happens to the details you send through the contact form or by email.

When you use the contact form you send your name, your brand or company, your email address and your project details. The page you sent it from, the referring page and any campaign tags in the link are recorded with it so enquiries can be traced to their source.

Why it is used
Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a possible content project. They are never sold or shared for anyone else to market to you.

Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored with a secure hosted database provider and forwarded by email. Access is limited to the people who handle enquiries for DQ AllTrue.

How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as a conversation or project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for records. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time.
